Financial Info

We believe it is important to keep our clients informed about the cost of treatment. We are happy to provide estimates before undertaking procedures and aim to keep clients updated about ongoing costs during treatment. Unfortunately, complications can arise during treatment and surgery and while we always make every attempt to contact owners, we will always put the welfare of your pet first and take all measures necessary to stabilise your pet and ensure he/she remains pain free. It is important that any changes in contact details are updated on our patient records.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit. We are happy to accept payment by cash, cheque or credit/ debit card.

We strongly recommend that our clients have pet insurance and we are happy to submit direct claims on our client's behalf. To facilitate this process, we request that we are provided with the following details:

  • Insurance company

  • Policy number

  • Start date of insurance

  • Insurance excess amount

  • Total insurance cover

  • Restrictions or exclusions in insurance cover

In most cases, we are able to claim all costs over and above the excess directly from the insurance company. While we provide all information to resolve any queries, all treatment costs remain the responsibility of the owner should a claim be turned down by the company.
